anybody use one of these? does it help? i'm using an alpine amp with my stock head unit (i drive an rx300 w/nak system no nav). i'm getting a lot of engine/alternator noise...per the ads i've seen, these kits should eliminate/reduce that...any opinions on this?
ground ... maybe. most likely poor sheilding, cheap rca convertor's do this too, signal wires crossed over power wires, screws through wires (yeah it happens), and the list goes on and on.
there is no reason why you shouldnt be able to cure any noise problems by simply re-doing the install. Alternator noise is not a problem, it is a result of a problem.
