is there a filter i can use to end engine noise?

Maybe, but you can also have your wife or G/F speak really loudly.

There are filters for alternator whine, but it is better to try to improve your grounding and wire runs so that you don't have the noise in the first place.

i tried to re run the wires but i still get them. where can i get this filter?

Did you separate the rcas on one side and ground/power on the other side?
Sometimes better rca wires will help also.

i ran the wires seperate from eachother. the only place that it comes closer is where the amp connections are in the back. that is the closest that the power wires and the rca's come into play. im using JL amps and monster xln rca's.

Make sure you have all the paint scraped off if you're using the body for groundings. Make sure that it's not too long, I think 12" or less.
Check your ground again, try different points, good connections......I'm just throwing suggestions out there, I'm sure you did all this.
Initially I tried a filter, didn't help me.
I did everything as mentioned above: running the separate wires, good grounds......
I think I'm repeating myself b/c this is all I know and what worked for me when I had the engine noise
