I need to take my CD changer (trunk mounted) out. Will I need to unbolt it from the floor of the trunk or can I just unscrew the smaller screws attached to the CD changer housing. Anyone did this before?
Is there a reset button for the stock Pioneer sound system that came with 1992 ES300? I've checked all fuses and they are good. I've found the radio fuse-no problem. The radio works fine but, the CD does nothing (no sound, whining, no door open, nothing). I guess the next logical step is to remove the CD changer and visually inspect for obvious probable causes (you see what the dealer has done to me"obvious probable causes"). Man, I'm a part time beer delivery man.
