Best 5 Channel amp??
im buying the memphis belle 16-MC1300D amp. Memphis has really storng amps and this one gives a real bang. 75w @ 4 channels and 1,000w @ the 5th channel. The guys at the adudio place near me said this is one of the best 5 channels u could buy. That doesn't mean it is, but the amp does seem to be really good.

With all that said, I am pretty sure that the Memphis amp is fine, I have never heard or seen it's insights though.

how do you make an amp with 4x75W + 1000W for the 5th channel, are you talking about 100W for the 5th channel? will you be able to fit 1000W RMS amp in the car? That thing probably have a huge heat sink hee hee

well, i have asked other places and it is becoming a more popular amp. i guess i can only hope right? It seems to be pretty good since it has been out for about a month n i still cant get my amp b/c they are bought when they come in.
It is 1,000w @ the 5th channel. Im sure it's the maximum output of it though (not continuos)The best way to explain it is that it is 2 amps in one. If you have ever looked at memphis amps they are smaller than most amps for the power they put out.

Frank, I hope you did not buy Memphis. I just came back from one of the amp testing places in LA and Memphis Belle got really disappointing results from not putting uot the rated power to way below advertised distortion. My advice is to look elswhere.
