Wiring Passage from Engine to Cabin
Hey All,
Will attempt to install the (Halo/Angle/Demon/Whatever you want to call them) lights in my SC this weekend. I am running them into a rocker switch mounted in my center console.
Question is what is the easiest or best way to get the wire from the engine bay through to the interior cabin? Is there a passage way in the firewall? I did notice a passage way on the inside driver side fender in the engine compartment. But looks like it will not have access into the cabin.
Any thoughts/ideas greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Biz

The other solution is to run your wiring through the main engine harness loom, on the passenger-side firewall. Just remove the screws holding the rubber boot in place, and you'll find a huge hole going right into the passenger well.

Philauldridge/Camshaft,
Thanks for the helpful info and pictures.
Nextlevelcoupe,
Going to attempt to place the halo lights in my SC4 main (lowbeam) headlights. I have the halo's made and just need a good weekend to take apart the headlight assembly.
My car does not have heated seats, so I am taking out the spare plastic filler piece and installing a rocker switch to be able to control the halo lights from within the cabin and not through the parking lights.
I was attempting to get the wiring through the engine bay into the cabin, but could not find any openings until the forum members came to the rescue and showed me how to get through.
Thanks All

Hey Hiyabrad,
My digital camera crapped out on me. I am attempting to borrow another one from a friend. As soon as I get pics I will put together a little document with the steps I took building/installing the halo.
I plan on tackling the project next weekend hopefully. I will post pics hopefully then.
THanks
Biz
