MB Quart vs. Diamond Audio
I've recently replaced my stock pioneers to MB Quart speakers, 5 1/4" component in front and 6 1/2" in rear but I'm having second thoughts, maybe my ears are too spoiled!
I was thinking maybe I should of go with Diamond Audio speakers. What do you guys think, did I make the right choice to go with MB Quart?
And I also replaced stock sub to RF Punch with Alpine Amp.

As Banana said, it really depends on the model of MB Quart's and your listening preference, but every MB install I have heard has been a little too bright for my tastes. I LOVE the sound of my Diamond Audio Hex components in my GS4...I chose the 600s up front and the 500s in the back, but if you prefer a more metallic sound then there is also an aluminum tweeter.

What is the specific diamond audio do you want?
Be specific.

PSD 213 5.25" 2-Way (Front)
RKC 116 2-Way Speakers (Rear)
Cost: $760 + Install
For Diamond, I was considering Motorsport M6 or M3 Series, don't recall exact model number.
I love the Quarts, if they are too bright then attenuate the tweeter at the passive crossover. Most of the top competition cars use Quart, so they can't be all that bad.

Any chance of listening before you purchase? IMO, I like the Diamonds better. Quarts were a bit too bright, even at the -6dB setting.
Todd,
Great work on the USACi championship!
