Default radio won't turn off :/

So i realized today that when i pull my key out and open my door my radio stays on. The cars Nakamichi system has been acting up lately, ill be driving and it will turn off and on as if theres a loose connection somewhere. Just some background on the car that may be useful for you guys though. The cars been stolen and stripped in 02, i got the car with a non working cd player from an ES300, its been pulled from the car since i got the car. The whole wire loom in the back was cut and spliced and not put together very well as some of the wires have split again from their soldering point. anyone know what it could be? i am in the middle of pulling my center console right now to check for any loose connections.

There is your problem. Completely rewire the headunit. Just run all new wires for your ground and power. If your speakers are working properly then leave them alone. If not then rewire them also. If you dont have the wire diagram then look at www.lextreme.com under tutorials. Should be there. If you still cant figure it out then buy a new radio and start from scratch. Just my .02. GL.

This isn't a radio problem, it had something to do with my ignition, after I pull my ignition the car still has use of its accessories Etc. and it kills my battery. :/
