fitment guide speakers for 2007 ES350
anywhere i can find a fitment guide that is acurate for the speakers on a 2007 ES350 ?
i don't have the ML system i thought i did but the dealer told me on the print out sheet when he looked up my car info
that i had every option except for park assist and Pre Crash Assit and ML
so by adding some newer better aftermarket speakers to the system i won't screw up the audio ?
wondering what size i need
do i have 8 speakers 2 tweeters and 1 center in the dash 1 in each door and the 1 sub woofer in the back deck ?
is the back deck sub a open air ?

Location Size Depth
Front 1 6.5 3
Front Tweeters 1 1
Rear 1 6.5 3
Subwoofer 1 8 4
im still a bit confused
it says Front 1 do they mean each door has a 6.5 ?
and there are 3 tweeters in the dash ?
each is 1 inch
and the rear doors each has a 6.5 and the rear deck is a 8 inch sub ?
just a bit confused here

You have component speakers in front. One 6.5" in the front door and one 1" tweeter in the dash for the left/right. There is also one 3" full range speaker in the dash. The rear doors are 6.5" full range. Both doors use speakers that have a 6x9 plastic frame to mate to the 6x9 opening in the door. The sub in the rear deck is 8".
There are a couple of threads in the ES-350 section that covers this in detail including mine which documents replacing the radio, front speakers and adding a sub.

awesome thank you
so then i should have no issues putting 6x9's in each of the doors if i choose to do that is that what i am understanding ?

You will probably need a spacer as most 6x9s are pretty deep. There should be little to no issue with installation.
Why would you want to install 6x9 speakers (assuming they are full range) in the front doors when you already have highs coming from the dash? 99% of home speakers have a single tweeter and the few that don't have them spaced so close together they act as a single source of the sound. You want as much sound coming from one location as possible. If you can't do that then you don't want overlapping frequencies. That gives you phase issues.
