Can anyone tell me the size of the front and rear door speakers on 92 ls400?

 

pretty sure its 4.5 front and back. www.lexls.com

 

How about the sub, 8"? And is there any way to mount speakers like a 6x9 back there?

 

sub is 8inch and i dunno if u can mount them. im not a audio expert, try the audio section.

 

Speaker size for the front and rear doors is only 4", not 4.5 (nice try LICelsior,, try search next time,,LOL!!). Stock sub is truly 8". Only way to mount a 6X9 back there is that you are gonna have to do a custom cut and flush job. Not really necessary since the door speakers give great sound. Best advice is to upgrade the door speakers with aftermarket ones, and (if you are really ambitious, have the size of the speaker baffle enlarged or custom made so that you can fit a larger speaker in the doors. I enlarged mine to fit a 5.25" speaker and it fits just fine. Just need to fix my speaker grills, as I snapped them by accident.
