Default need help how to remove stereo

hi i have a 2004 is300 and i was wondering how to remove the stock tray that is on top of the dash? i found a link that show me how to remove the a/c unit, stereo, and the bottom control unit. http://www.sound-repair.com/index.ph...-instructions/ .but that is only for the 01-03 is300. in the 04-05 there is a cover tray on how do you remove that part i hope someone can shine some like to this problem for me

If you have just the tray up top, you'll need to pop up the felt tray. There is a couple screw underneath the tray. A small flat hear screwdriver with some tape over the end will help prevent scratches or marks when popping it up.

No problem, I pulled mine apart more than a few times when I had my IS300.
