Power wire through firewall in RX330/RX350

Power wire through firewall in RX330/RX350
Hey guys,
What's the best way through the firewall? I see a grommet in the passenger side of the vehicle, but it's up quite high and may require me to disassemble the dash to pull it through the other side.
What did you guys use?
