Can someone tell me if this can work?

I have the factory premium system but would like to switch to the Nak system with the JL Audio 10IB4 and the JL Audio 250/1. The premium highs are ok and the Nak will do fine if better sounding. I already have the amp and I am looking for the speaker. I would like to know if it is an easy switch for the speakers and the Nak amp. I also would like to know if the deck is the same. If it is is there anyone out there with the Nak speakers and amp willing to sell?
