I need to change out this speaker but can not get to it. I could not even get out the rear seats. Any ideas?

Remove seat cushion. This has locking barbs underneath each seat location. (2 of them). Remove bolts that hold onto seat back. There are 2 under the seatback cushion and 2 behind each headrest. Remove side trim areas and deck. Remove seat belt clips with a flat bladed screwdriver. Remove deck.

You should now be at the sub. 4 10mm bolts hold onto it.
