I sure do! I'm MECP certified and am a former enclosure design and fabrication instructor. Send me a PM and we can talk.

how do u guys boxes sound? do you get trunk rattling?
i had a previous box with 1 12 L7 in my old LS.... I dont think the box provided what the speaker could do. I know a 12in L7 is supposed to hit harder than what it did.
but on a positive note there was no trunk rattling.

how difficult would it be to create a ported box for only 1 8in L7
and being as space efficient as possible? WHILE the speaker living up to its potential?

Man that's a small 3/1 bandpass enclosure!!!!! What are the specs on that box?? I did a quick calc and using 2 RF P3SD410's the ideal bandpass enclosure size is 7.3 cubic feet total enclosure size. That enclosure looks to me to be roughly 2 - 2.5 cubic feet total (and i'm being generous). This would result in the enclosure being overly damped. I ran a calc on 2 cubic feet total and the port would need to be 27 inches long @ a 3" diameter. I think a regular ported design may have performed a lot better.

How much do your services run for? Im looking to get some custom work done but I think it needs to be fiber glass for the look I want. Are you capable of this?
