What are the options for adding a bluetooth system that is integrated into the existing car. ML/Nav. Thanks!

It depends on what you mean by "integrated". No aftermarket Bluetooth car kit is going to integrate with your nav so you can dial from the nav screen like the dealer installed Lexus phone system that was available for the 2001 model year.

It is possible to install just about any brand and model of Bluetooth car kit so that the audio system automatically mutes during a phone call. It is also possible to play the phone call audio through a door speaker although there is plenty of room under the dash to mount a dedicated phone kit speaker.

BTW, "Jorge", the writer of the above referenced instructions determined that the manufacturer of the Bluetooth Complementary Kit charging cradle sold in the U.K. and Europe is Bury. The Complementary Kit is available for most current Lexus models and was available for the LS430. You can view it here as installed in an LS460: http://www.lexus.co.uk/range/ls/acce.../interior.aspx

Interchangeable charging cradles used in the Complementary Kit are available on eBay -- search the cell phone section for "Bury". The installation manuals for the Bluetooth Complementary Kit into the LS430 are still available in the Accessory Installation Section at http://www.lexus-tech.eu/faq.aspx These instructions also show drawings of some of the electronics in the LS430 trunk.
