Bluetooth in 01 LS430
Hey Everyone,
I am a new owner of a 01 ls430 with Nav and ML and a new member to the forum. Just wondering if there is any good solutions to adding bluetooth to my vehicle. I do not want to keep using a bluetooth portable speaker phone. Any help would be great

Here is a link to a thread on another forum from "Jainla" who installed a Parrot 3200 LS Bluetooth kit in his 2001 LS430 UL: http://us.lexusownersclub.com/forums...howtopic=34849 I think he later said that if he had a do-over he would have used an interface harness from http://www.quickconnectproducts.com/Find/find.php
It's possible to install almost any Bluetooth kit in any car so that it at least mutes the audio system when a phone call is in progress but it can be much more complex to install a Bluetooth kit with music streaming capabilities (like the Parrot MKi series) into an LS430 if you want the music streaming feature to work.
