Default subs stopped working?

So the other night i was driving home from playin poker and my subs just stopped working. The light on the amp turns green then like 2 secons later turns red. I have checked all fuses and connections everythings good no idea what the problem could be? maybe i over heated the amp? any ideas please let me know!

check your connections.. like ground and power.

also fuses can be partially blown,
if u have a multimeter, check the voltage after the fuse

What kind of amp? How loud were you playing it? You may have blown the subs, since it sounds like the amp is going into protection. If it's not hot, it won't enter into thermal protect, and since it's been a day or more, I doubt it's still hot from then. If it is, I'd be more concerned about operating a barbecue in your car (carbecue?)!!

I'd suggest checking the internal connections to the sub(s) and making sure you didn't fry them. You can also check the DCR if you have a meter, just be aware that a sub's DCR will NOT be the same as it's nominal load. If you see 3.8 ohms for a 4 ohm speaker, that should be fine for a "typical" sub. If they're wired in parallel to show a 2 ohm load and you only see 0.5, though, something's definitely wrong.

Oh yeah, and Scooter's right, fuses can look good and still be bad, but it doesn't sound like a voltage issue to me.
