Default installing a navigation unit

I want to install a Pioneer Avic-F90BT in my 2004 GS300 and have a question about the wiring. I need to install a wire on the cars speed signal input but I am not really sure as to where I can connect this wire. Have any of you performed an install and can you help me? Thank you.
