guys, I just wanted to share that I ordered one of these yesterday, new and in stock. I've done TONS of research the last few days and lots of people ask about this woofer but can't find it. I found many old old threads, but no recent info. Most people suggested ebay or craigslist, I was pretty excited to find one new, since the marine version is a lot more money, and probably too deep anyway, this one is just about perfect!

Just make sure they ship it. sometimes woofersetc list something as in stock but they dont really have it. If you can get it, then congrats..JL makes AWESOME subwoofers! They're one of my favorite brand

I actually spoke with them on the phone and specifically asked if they had it knowing it has been out of production for years, he said yes, they had them, so I hope he knew what he was talking about and not just looking at some computer inventory that may be inaccurate.

Yes I ordered it, yets it's going in the rear deck, and yes I'm excited as hell because everything else seemed like a big compromise.
