2Gs trunk setup

Whats up everyone. After being at the car show this weekend (W.O.W. Pittsburgh), I decided to do a trunk setup.

I don't know much about doing trunk setups, so bare with me.

I want to either do 2 12's or 1 big 12.

I figured to do it like this...

For 2 subs just move the amps over more and put 2 in. This is going under the deck and facing out of the trunk. I want to put the amps behind plexi-glass.

Heres my equipment list so far:
Jl 300/4 (components)
Kicker Punch 60 (old school)
Diamond audio components.

So should I throw 2 jl w3v3's, 2 punch p3's or 1 jl w6 with What kind of amp?
Can I run the Subs off the punch for right now?

Also, how would I attach the MDF to the car?
What all would I need to do this?
