two imortant suggestions
• It is wonderful to have an IPod port in my ES350 so in addition to CDs, I can listen to either books or music directly through the high fidelity audio system of the car. BUT, the major problem, especially, when listening to books is that when I leave the car, I sometimes forget to STOP my IPod and hence have a big problem of rewinding to "somewhere" when I return.
I think it would be VERY useful for Lexus to work out a port connection on the car that stops the IPod when the 12 volts from the battery is OFF; that is, when the car is shutt off.
•My wife has recently misplaced her $(about)500 key or chip. I know it must be in the house somewhere OTHERWISE she never would have been able to drive the car home. What is needed is to place a "beeper" sounder in the existing key that can be activated by the spare key. Or add a GPS chip to the key. This way she could locate the key easily by listening or looking at a TV screen.
