Default Dear God - Homelink Issues

First off, I've programmed many Homelink transmitters before easily. Second, I'm very technically/mechanically inclined (built computers, programmed software, built basements, etc).

However, I cannot get my 2008 GS350 RWD Homelink to work on my garage door. It's a rolling code type (2 years old), and I've made it work before with my '04 Infiniti FX and my wife's '06 Honda Odyssey.

I have tried every combination of presses, holds, re-presses, etc following the directions in the owner's manual as well as other combinations I thought might work. Nothing seems to work.

Can someone please give me a step-by-step in gory detail from start to finish of how to program this with a rolling code garage opener?

Thanks in advance!

did you press the button on the opener itself to enable the "program" mode?

Check with your dealer if this a known issue with IS350's and if there is a TSIB for it. Some LS owners had similar problem and Lexus has a fix TSIB.
