I am in the position to grab on of these amps for a pretty decent price. I am on a strict budget and want to improve on the sound quality and power of the stock ML system in the car. I want the back bone of my system to be the headunit and the amps. I feel that the speakers can always be upgraded if the amp is good enough. I don't need to be heard coming down the street, but I want whatever amp I choose, I want to have 95-140 watts RMS per channel @ 4 ohms. I have a few speakers in mind, but they are well outside of my budget, but I still want to have a decent 4 channel to push and be able to push whatever I put in it in the future. I want the mid basses to have the ability to grab those voices. Sound Quality in number 1 in my book followed by power.

System to date and still building:
Eclipse AVN6620 (sitting in dining room)
20 Farad Power Acoustik digital capacitor
Autotek XS 550.2 (Stealth Series)
Elemental Design 11OV.2 10' Subwoofer (installed into the rear deck; being removed and placed into a custom box to fit my trunk very soon)

A few possible speakers that I want to install in the future, not sure of ones to buy now:
Seas mid bass spekaers with quality speakers and crossover
Dynaudio mid bases with quality speakers and crossover
Focal Utopia components
Kicker SS series components
