I saw this on ebay a few weeks ago and went ahead with the order. Subwoofer box
It came in today and I am pretty impressed with it. (I accidentally got it shipped to my college mailbox though, so now I have to ship it back home too...$$)
The workmanship is pretty good and looks solid. I think it'll look a lot better than my old 8 inch sub too.
The only thing that bugs me is that the embossed Lexus "L" on the side is a little off....but it looks like it'll fit fine. I just have to wait for my new sub to come in, then ship it to my friend back home to put it in. (stupid college)

 

yea i will be buying one of those boxes soon, it looks pretty nice installed.

I wouldn't worry too much about that. They've been on ebay for well over a year. You never know though

 

would these fit a gs? if not, do they have some made for the gs?

 

I have the same box. It's made very well and I love the way it sits flush in the trunk.

 

I found one for only $15 for shipping, so $75 total. I also bought a used Rockford Fosgate sub for like $60.

i was looking into those before..they arent too bad at all..but im thinking of a different setup..which is why i didnt get those..but nice pick up!

Whole thing glassed? Looks like you have the back glassed in? I think you might need some more structural rigidity.

 

does anyone know if the ebay box enclosure produces good sound for that size?
