Default In the middle of an install...quick question

I'm trying to find the ground wire that comes from the car. 12volt says a brown wire but I don't see one. I am thinking it's a white/black wire. anyone confirm? Thanks!

You got to be more specific...what are you installing?

FYI, the car has many ground wires. It happens that the metal chassis is the end of the ground so if you can't find the ground you're looking for, just tape it into something metal.

I couldn't find one either, I just took the end of the aftermarket black wire and grounded it to the body with a ring end and an existing chassis grounded bolt.

The crutchfields' Tech guy told me to leave the after market HU ground wire alone (don't touch it) when I installed mine.

WOW they told you that? For some reason that just doesn't sound right at all. Coming from a Over-the-phone tech support, it doesn't surprise me
