would a 95 SC 400 have a differnt cd changer than a 94 SC300? I have a nakamichi head unit iwth an aftermarket amp, which was put into the car by the previous owner.

i bought a "supposedly working" changer off of ebay and thought it would be plug an play, but I wasn't so lucky. i even checked it with a buddies nakamichi amp, but that didn't work. any suggestions

 

cd changer is now in question. i put a pioneer head unit in for a test and the changer had the same errors.

also noticed that my sub and rear speaker sounded a lot better with the pioneer hu installed. looks like its time to go aftermarketx, ugh

 

found a broken wire internal to the subwoofer.

could this cause my cd changer to malfunction?

funny part is that the sub sounded great with the pionner hu put in place of the nak
