Question Bypassing Stock Amp for Sub

OK, I've been searching from I've been here. I only found everyone talking about bypassing the stock amp, but no-one actually saying what you have to do.

I have a rockford punch 12 in the rear deck, and it's good, I only want to be able to hear the low freq's (and feel em a little). The problem is that for the sub to get any decent power, volume has to be faded to the rear (or completely to the front). I think another amp would give it enough power to bump with no fade.

So, how do I bypass tha amp for the sub?
