This subject probably was discussed many times but I have a 2002 Ultra Lux LS430 and my sub is bad. I would like to remove it and replace it with something else.

Does anyone have a step-by-step procedure on how to remove the sub from the rear deck? I want to ensure I do not damage any part of the deck.

Try your local Lexus dealership and ask for the service manuals. The better dealerships will let you copy the pages you need for the teardown procedure.
