Please Help Me!!!
okay i bought a Toyota soarer from japan. when it got here i was told the battery was dead i replaced it but the car wouldn't start then i took it to few mechanics but most of them didn't know anything about the import. then finally one mechanic told me there was ECU problem and then i took it to another mechanic and he told me there is security lock and it went off when the owner/someone tried to take the radio out.. can someone help me out here?? is there even a security lock for a car that old?

welcome to Clublexus .You Posted in the wrong section but a mod will move the thread soon Yes our cars have a pretty decent security system .If you try to open the doors from inside while the car is lock this will happen.I dont have any eperience with the radio part but try to lock up the car and then open it with the key and it should go back to the normal mode
