I took my 03 gs 300 to get the time belt changed and I guess they maybe disconnected the battery. Now my doors lock automatically. Any idea what this may be? Thanks for your help!

 

I think that a little more detail is needed to help you with this problem.

 

does it lock when you shift out of park? when starting the car? just a little more details is needed...

 

Sorry, if I unlock the doors lets say to put my daughter in, within 3 minutes the doors will lock automatically while doors are open.

 

Still need more info - do you have an aftermarket security system or remote start on it? Is it a consistent or intermittent problem?

Based on what you've said, it sounds like a reset to a previously deleted setting on either the factory security or an aftermarket setup. Give more details, get more help.

it is supposed to do this if you unlock your doors, but dont open a door...it will lock automatically. but it locks with the doors open

try disconecting your battery for a few minutes. i have "fixed" a decent amount of unusual problems this way
