Eclipse 2454, diagnostic mode?
It will tell you if the speed sensor is not hooked up.
I don't have mine hooked up and every time it comes on I get " Check Speed Pulse Connection".......It goes away after about 5 seconds on the display.
Mine is kinda slow and notchy moving too..... I wanted the 5496 but I got the AVN5435 for $1k.Half the price of the HD version....
