1/2 way done with the proof reading and file corrections. The proof version has a nice "heft" to it...106 pages will do that! 53 pages duplex/double sided...didn't feel like killing a tree printing the thing!

I have NO idea how much it would be to ship to Europe (which part of Europe?). Will have to contact post office tomorrow to get a quote on the price. Express (rush) or Priority (not so rush but not so slow either)?

I took a look at the USPS site. 10 dollars for Priority. So, depending on which edition you want, it'll be either 34 or 36 total. Regular edition has B&W cover. Special edition has 6 color glossy cover. 2400x1200 dpi and it looks fantastic! Rest of the book is still B&W. It would cost too much to have it all 2400x1200 x 6 color!
