Default Possible to Clear Navigation Memory?

Hi,

I recently bought a used '02 SC430. The NAV is FULL of saved destinations from the previous owner, is there a quick way of clearing/reseting the nav? If I unplug the battery overnight will it do it (and will it hurt anything else)

Thanks!

I am not sure on yours but on mine I go to the "Menu" and there is a button called My Places. There is a delete button on the next screen. Pressing that brings up another screen that has a Delete All function. Follow the directions from there and you should have a clear system if yours works like mine.

Did you ever get your destinations deleted ?
were they in the "Memory Point" Address or the Previous locations?
