2004 lexus navigator update
Can some one tell me how to change the navigator dvd. Where is it located in the RX330. How is it done. And can some one with no talent(me) do it.

you have to remove the trunk cover, not the rearmost ones but the single big one that's nearer the front of the car.
Open that up, and remove it, and remove the plastic compartment too (the one that holds the jack, etc). Underneath that is the plastic nav ECU. U can eject the DVD there.
Don't know the initialization process for the new DVD though, but let me know how it works out!

sort of found it
Tony, Thank you very much for your help. I think I found the place but am not sure how to eject the old dvd. I will try to figure it out. I would guess all you have do is eject the old dvd and put in the new. Or is it more complicated than that.
