Default 98 GS400 speakers...

Ok, so i just spent a bunch of time searching clublexus and the internet.. and ive come up with a few of my answers... First, i was wondering what size the front and rear door speakers were... I have a 98 GS400 with NAV, so its the Pioneer stereo system... the answers that i got were that the speakers are 4 inch.

Now.. heres my real question.. in the future, i plan on adding a 4 channel amp, and hacking the wiring to add it in... but right now, i have a set of 4 inch eclipse speakers that came out of my previous car.. and i was wondering if it would be ok to simply install them into the car as-is. The stock amp and stereo would be feeding the new speakers.. and im just curious if that would be ok.. and how it would sound? Let me know guys.. i wanna try this out in a day or two.. Thanks!
