how do i install the double din faceplate?

Default how do i install the double din faceplate?

i just recievied my double din factory facplate form ltunedparts, and i am having trouble putting it on. do i have to take out the whole headunit and install the brackets before putting on the faceplate? please help..thanks....

1. Remove stock headunit
2. Using the new brackets that came with the kit, screw them onto the side of the new headunit. You may have to play around with the depth and holes on the bracket to get the headunit the way you want. Before screwing the other bracket on dont forget to mount the AC controls to the brackets. There are precut holes for it already.
3. Align the 4 tabs on the faceplate to the 4 holes on the bracket. Push down til it snaps into place.
4. Mount the whole assembly into your dash and screw them down with the original screws.
