Tweeter Replacement in LS 430 2002 ML

Tweeter Replacement in LS 430 2002 ML
Can anyone tell me how to get the OEM speakers out of the dash. The dealer tells me there are two 10mm bolts that must be removed from under the dash. This would require a lot of dash disassembly and exceed my expertise. Any help would be appreciatied.
