That looks like a Lexus Sticker with a blue Led light shining on it.

its a piece of 1/4 inch plexiglass with a reversed lexus sticker. i got my friend that worked at a vinyl and graphics shop to make me some. he took the regular emblem and reversed on the computer before printing it out. so the sticky side is actually on the other side of the glass and the front is smooth. i have to redo it though when i laid the sticker a piece of my cats hair fell in the way. the light comes from a 6" neon tube (blue) that i double sided taped to the bottom of the radio. its out of site and can't be seen at any angle. the black back drop inside the dash is just a piece of black grill cloth cut to size and laid up in the neatly.
