Okay, I am new here and a new 2000 Lexus GS300 owner! However, I have a question. I have NEVER noticed my security light flashing to the right on the center console (around radio/heat/air conditioning). Why does this flash? Is it suppose to flash?

hmm ? I am a about to go look at mine but how do you notice things like this ?

 

It probably flashes to let you know it's working. I'm pretty sure that's the reason. I think mine only flashes when the car is off. Never bothered to like, stare at it.
