Has anyone found a good/clean way to mount a portable MP3 player in their car? I've got an IPod-like device that is connected to my factory Mark Levinston stock sound system. Looking for a good mount solution for the player.

Yup get a pro-fit bracket for your car. they are vehicle specific and really look nice. It actually attaches behind the dash peice on the side of the radio.

Kuda phonebase, see attached pic of the one in my LX, going to attach a Satellite radio receiver to it - it would be perfect for a portable... a tad more expensive than the generic mounts but IMO looks better and cleaner, vehicle specific and they have different leather colors to match your interior.
