Default 92 sc400 cd changer add

Does anyone know if I can add this changer to my factory radio? I have the factory pioneer am/fm cassette(does not say cd anywhere) in my 1992 sc400. Is the factory changer wiring already ran? Will my radio controll it? Or, am I just screwed? The changer that I am refering too is on EBAY and the item # is 5715552768. If that one will not work, is there one that will with my factory unit? Thanks for your assistance.

if your stock head unit does not have CD button it wont work, you may need to get a head unit with the CD button, i think wiring should be there tho

According to "lexusaudio," the base audio/non-changer (P1600) cars did not not have the wiring harness to the trunk, so it's likely that you'll be better off going full aftermarket. Disregarding the wiring issue, you'll need either the Premium, (P6800) or the Nak (forgot the number on the tape cover) to run the changer.
