Whats up guys, its been a long time since i posted....
i got a 99 gs400 with

4 6" beyma mi80 in my door...which give execellent mids

i have 2 12" JL audio W6 in a subzone vented box

i have a Rockford Fosgate 801s which is rated 930rms at 4ohms powering the subs

i took the w6's to a sound off and it tested a suprising 141dbs

now im getting tired of seeing this setup and i want to try something different.
i always like freeair setups because no one hardly uses them in sound offs

what freeair subs can i compare to the w6's?

i want to do 3 12" freeair subs off my back deck.....



also on a side note
i have factory nav with a pioneer 8600 cd player
and a pioneer 7600 prosessor....

i will be using the RF801s to power these freeair subs...

enclosed subs hit harder and have better excursions. what kind of car do you have?

also i know enclosures hit harder than free air but i want to get something that hits more clear than the w6 but freeair
