Default What size amp?

Guys,

What size amp would I need to run 3 10" kickers??? I already have an amp running my mids and highs but my sub amp went to @#$% so I need something else. I am looking for cheap yet best bang for the buck??

Any ideas??

Peace,

Try a JBL amp. Good bang for the buck. 250 to 500 watts will run them, more power is better, but get too much power and you have to worry about your electrical syst***s ability to handle it. You could also go with PPI (Precision Power) or JLAudio. You should buy an amp that basically matches the sound quality of the rest of your system, unless you plan on upgrading in future. You also need to worry about how the woofers are wired, series/parallel, etc. so that you can make sure that the new amp can drive the impedance without frying.

Well if you have 3 subs then you will probably have them bridged together and will have a low impedance. I would go with an amp that is at least 800W X 1. The good amps are Orion and Precision Power.
