Well, switching the power helped out with the interference video "hum" majorly...but still had that curved screen....but here's the weird thing, just took a road trip with some friends to DC....drove my car obviously Anyways, it was still doing the curved screen...really annoying plus it was kinda cutting in and out...but stayed relatively steady....on our way back, I let one of my friends drive...I moved the passenger seat back for more legroom...and blam, the picture turns perfect. I was like WTH?!?! So looks like maybe my video switching button wires might be to blame...when it gets a little nicer out I'll rerun some wires and hope that helps.

It sounds like it could be the switch too, almost like it's caught between the NAV screen and the video screen. I'd run the new cables and replace the switch while you're at it. Glad the distortion cleared up with the new power feed. Could also try changing your gounding point just as an experiment. Let us know how you make out!
