Default Help with line out converter

Im trying to install a audiocontrol l2ic pro in to my 2013 gs350 with the base sound system. I've installed all my own stereos before but never dealt with a line out converter so im not sure where the best spots to hook up to the car are. Where should I be getting the constant 12v and remote 12v for the l2ic at? It's it okay to ground the l2ic with the amp im adding or should it be grounded somewhere else to avoid noise? And what speaker wires do I want to be getting signal for? Do I go for the factory sub or something with more full range signal? And help would be greatly appreciated.

Tap front speaker wires for a full-range signal. The factory sub wires are processed and will sound bad.

For power, constant 12V from the radio fuse, remote from the amp turn-on wire. Ground the L2ic and your new amp to the same bare metal spot to prevent noise.

Thanks! Do you know if any sites with good wiring diagrams? Id like to connect as much as possible in the trunk to the factory amp but cant seem to find any good wiring diagrams for it.
