alpine PLV-7 install help needed
hey everyone hos it going im picking up my plv-7 tonight and i want to install this into my 2000 ES300 with factory system, ive done other installs befor but all of the cars had after market head units, ive never installed one on a factory deck i know that you need a LOC just not sure how this works, but what i want to kno is other than power and ground where do i get my remote, and speaker outs(RCA'S) sorry if i sound like a newb... thanks for any help in advance and i did search and it really didint come up with much

ok ive looked at some pictures of the back of the plv-7 and it does have speaker level inputs what my question is if i disconnect the wires from the stock sub and connect them to this will that be enough for this ? this is so confusing!!!

You should wait at least 1 day for bumps. :-)
You can pull the remote turn on off the ignition wire going into the factory stereo. Depending off the current draw of the PLV-7 remote input, you may have to relay that signal.
I believe the PLV-7 will accept high level inputs. You can tap that off of the rear speakers.

thanks alot sorry about the rapid-fire bumps, just really excited to getting this to work thanks alot for the help i think im going to try and run it off of the stock sub and see what happens again thanks
