Default Steering column....

ClubLexus is more helpful than any dealer has ever been so thanks guys! As soon as I have a question or encounter a problem, this forum is the first thing that comes to mind......

Problem: My steering wheel is not coming down. I click the "Seating 1" position and "Seating 2" position and nothing. At first it would not even telescope but this morning it began to. Now it doesn't come down. I have put the key in, pulled the key out, set the alarm, everything I could think of. I read in an earlier post that disconnecting the battery could reset the ECU or something like that. Could someone please help me figure out what to do. It's HELLA-HARD to drive with the steering column so high .

Thanks in Advance.
