Default Lexus concierge questions

I need some help understanding the concierge feature on the lc500 convertible. All the write ups talk about what it can do when the top is down. It will turn on seat heating, steering wheel heating etc. I want to know if it do all these things if the top is up?? Thanks in advance for the help.

I wouldn't think it will make any difference if the top is up or down, my understanding of the Concierge system is that it will put on heated / cooled seats, heated steering wheel, and adjust to whatever you have set the temperature to automatically. so if you drive along in the cold weather with the windows open or the top down it will adjust accordingly.

I need/want my driver's seat cooled virtually year-round (a Florida thing) and I haven't found a way to get Concierge to do that without artificially lowering all sorts of other settings, so I set the seat temperature control separately with Concierge turned off. In all honesty, I don't see a whole lot of difference between Concierge and just setting the ventilation system to Auto through the hard button.

Well it is no different if you do the seat/wheel heat/cool manually. Concierge is just reg. climate control plus auto seat/wheel heat/cool. I love the feature, but i don't want seat cooling on all the time.

On my 2018, Concierge is 2 pages. If I remember right, the first page has the seat controls, and I set them to 'auto' from about March to Oct.

Yeah, now that I have most of the other stuff mastered (or at least locked in or understood), I should go back and more closely examine and experiment with Concierge.
