On a side note, Lexxus did survey and discovered 80% are Apple users.
Explains why they are in no hurry to resolve issues.

I went through the update process and followed the instructions on the Lexus website, everything went according to the instructions and seemed to update properly. Then after the second time I started my car I got a message on my infotainment screen stating "New Software is not compatible with the system"....I guess I'll have to go to the dealer to get it checked. But I haven't noticed any differences....
