It is my understanding that your specific Lexus dealer should be able to provide you the tracking information for either the Ocean vessel the car is on in transit from Japan. They should also be able to provide you with the trucking transit company once it reaches the USA Shores. You can then go directly to the site of these transit companies and follow (Utilizing the VIN) the progress to the destination dealership.
